Under utilized unconventional secondary timbers are utilized for manufacturing various furnitures and handicrafts on experimental basis and come out with recommendation of its usage. Even Prosopis and Eucalyptus are also used for promoting timber after proper seasoning. Colour of the wood is also changed by Ammonia fumigation. The experiments resulted in low cost furniture and durable building materials which will promote rural entrepreneurship.

Bird’s nests have been made from Eucalyptus tereticornis, Eucalyptus grandis, Pinus patula, Kaya senegalensis and Eucalyptus alba etc.
TREE GUARDS MADE FROM DIFFERENT AGRO FORESTRY SPECIES
Tree guards have been made from Eucalyptus tereticornis, Eucalyptus grandis, Acacia mangium, Acacia auriculiformis and Pinus patula etc
FABRICATION OF FURNITURE’S FOR SCHOOL CHILDREN
Tables and chairs for tribal school children have been made from Eucalyptus tereticornis, Eucalyptus grandis, Pinus patual, Acacia auriculiformis, Chloroxylon swietenia etc
